Small initiative                            Big impact

AHCP is a registered NGO based in Kenya working with and for disadvantaged people from the Kibera slum in Nairobi, the largest slum in East Africa. Its aim is to establish a platform for sustainable community development.

Since its inception, AHCP has worked towards local empowerment and addressing social ills, particularly those facing children, youth and women.

It helps the people who were born into extreme poverty to discover and develop their abilities, to aim for and achieve their goals and to find their way out of the bad conditions in the slum.

AHCP VISION:

"A self-sustainable community capable of efficiency and adequately responding to its needs."
